Coaltech has appointed two coal processing professionals to the leadership of its Coal Processing Steering Committee.
Ms Vicky van Schalk Wyk, Group Metallurgist at Glencore Coal, takes the chair. She brings more than twenty years in the mining industry and has led major plant commissioning, optimisation and capital expansion work.
Ms Sandra Magagula, Group Metallurgist at Genet Mineral Processing, becomes Vice Chairperson. Her experience spans dense medium and air plant technologies, metallurgical strategy and business improvement, with earlier roles at BHP Billiton, South32 and OIM Consulting.
